Version 4.0 now available! Now safer, faster and easier to use than ever!

Use our new Split Camera smart device App to acquire muckpile images without the need for scale objects in the scene. Images acquired using the App for the auto-scale feature are compatible with Version 4.

For safer and easier image acquisition, download our Split Camera app from Google Play and the Apple App Store today!

Split-Desktop® is the industry approved software standard for manual, off-line coarse rock fragmentation size determination. More than 500 licenses have been sold in its 16 year history. Digital images acquired in the field can be analyzed on a laptop or at the office to determine the particle size distribution of your fragmented rock at any stage in the comminution process. The source of these images can be a muck pile, haul truck, leach pile, draw point, waste dump, stockpile, conveyor belt, rip rap, sediment or any other situation where clear images of rock fragments can be obtained. Within Split-Desktop, the images are manually scaled and edited for optimum accuracy.

BLASTMAPTM III is a software tool for designing blast timing for use with AXXISTM. it is a powerful and modern software that aloows design of the blasts from hole layouts to charge quantities, deck charging and blast timing.

Features:

Blast Design software, free download For Pc

  • Import survey data of the block geometry, holes and surface
  • Virtually create a blast and pattern with hole diameters, adding explosive and rock types
  • View a 360° rendering in 3D of a blast
  • Charge and timing designs based on actual hole positions
  • Calculate costs and quantities based on actual drilling information
  • Use the important wizard to import any text or xlsx data file from 3rd party software
  • Export design information to a csv file. This allows for 3rd party software such as drill navigation software for drilling according to the design
  • Optimised for use with AXXISTM electronic delay detonators
  • Import/export AXXISTM electronic detonator IDs and design timing
  • Support for non-electric and electronic timing designs
  • Multiple deck capability for designing specialised blasts, such as multi-seam or stratified rock, including vibration control
  • Analyse blast timing using various timing simulation options
  • Wave interference modelling for optimising timing for either vibration control or optimal fragmentation
  • Powerful contouring capabilities for blast timing, surface and floor elevations, vibration maps and energy distribution in a blast (multi-screen display capability)
  • Through-seam charge design capability including decked timing for different horizons
  • Mine planning - ability to import pit surfaces and triangulate hole collar elevations
  • Reporting capabilities for blast design and communicating critical design elements such as costs, quantities and energy
  • Import/export planned data to BME's XPLOLOGTM drill and blast software
