However this seems to not be working and putting excess strain on the plastic shell. Is there a better description on exactly where the force needs to be applied to produce the desired outcome?Reply |

Since 1989, GENISYS 2 has been at the forefront of the rental software industry. Specifically designed to help your rental business succeed, our customized solutions are powerful, flexible, and incredibly easy to use.
With a deep commitment to continuous innovation and exceptional customer service, GENISYS 2 offers rental businesses the most comprehensive solution available in the market. In fact, more than 800 single and multi-store operations have licensed Genisys 2 software worldwide.
The development team at Genisys was first to integrate Radio Frequency (RF) based hand held terminals to their software back in 1996. With this new software and hardware, transactions such as renting or returning a serialized bar coded item, entering meter readings and fuel usage, taking inventory, and placing or removing items from the “repair shop” can all be performed with a hand held terminal. This helps keep customer service / satisfaction high, and improves turnaround time on your rental inventory.
This technology is also available in the sports package where Ski Tech stations are completely wireless! The boot sizes, binding settings, and skis selected by the customer are displayed on the hand-held unit so the technician can work out on the floor, and not be tied to a terminal/keyboard/scanner. The technician can also interact with the system with inventory adjustments and more.
