Warcraft 3 Black Screen
In this posting, I will teach you (if you didn't already know) how to create a shortcut that runs Warcraft III in windowed mode.
- Did not work for me. I tried also restarting the computer, but the screen is still black. Edit: Actually you need to edit settings for C:Program Files (x86)Warcraft III Betax8664BlizzardBrowserBlizzardBrowser.exe. And change it to nVidia, because default setting for it is Intel graphics. I think it is the program running the menus.
- Feb 03, 2020 Warcraft 3: Reforged is out now on PC, however, the game is overloaded with errors. Players are reporting the stuttering, freezing, black screen, and other in-game bugs.

The factory duration is 40 seconds and at the moment goblins' spawn intervals are 5/4.5/3.5/3 seconds per 0/1/2/3 level of Engineering Upgrade. This currently results in 7/8/11/13 goblins spawned per duration of the factory. Change spawn intervals from 5/4.5/3.5/3 to 5/4.4/3.5/3 seconds, slightly buffing level 1 Engineering Upgrade.
- Right click on an empty area of your desktop
- Select New… >Shortcut…
- Type in 'C:Program FilesWarcraft IIIWarcraft III.exe' -window
- Press next
- Click Finish
- Your Warcraft now runs in windowed mode if you use the shorcut.

If you did not install Warcraft to it's default directory, then you will have to replace C:Program FilesWarcraft III with the correct path. For example if your Warcraft is on your D drive, then use:
'D:Program FilesWarcraft IIIWarcraft III.exe' -window
Warcraft 3 Cinematic Fix
If you have a hacked/cracked version of Warcraft III, your executable might be renamed to something like Warcraft III -hacked.exe. In that case, modify the shortcut to:
'C:Program FilesWarcraft IIIWarcraft III -hacked.exe' -window

If you want TFT in windowed mode, the method is the same:
